We offer complete liability transfer services which allows any over-provision to be released and book value crystallised.  Our solutions include:

• Binding fixed cost remediation Option Agreements
• Procurement of fixed cost remediation contracts (prices may be fixed for up to 6 years)
• Sale and Leaseback to allow ongoing operations (with liability transferred)

All solutions are offered with an Institutional level covenant to ensure our clients are not exposed to any cost over run.

We can procure and manage fixed price remediation contracts and offer a performance bond equivalent of up to 100% of contract value.
